Kennebunkport Consolidated School Building Project

IIn the fall of 2011 the RSU Board adopted a master facilities plan that includes renovations to Kennebunkport Consolidated School worth approximately $4.2M. In March, 2012, the KCS Elementary Building Subcommittee began meeting to review the Board’s proposed plans in preparation for a referendum vote in early 2013. On November 19, 2012, the Board received the MLD Building Committee’s proposed renovation plan, estimated to cost approximately $9.8M.  This plan was presented as part of the district’s overall plan to renovate KCS along with Kennebunk High School and Mildred L. Day School.
